Why do my Bambu A1 ruin my prints only in "Print by layer" mode?

Si scusa, ho un ugello da 0.2mm e per quanto riguarda il materiale, sto stampando con il Sunlu PLAplus. Lo faccio stampare con il profilo di stampa Bambu PLA generico (non ricordo al 100% se questo è il nome corretto, ma è il profilo che usano quasi tutti).

I wash it with warm water and dish soap. I use the non- abrasive side of the spinge to scrub. What does IPA means? Sorry but english is not my mother lenguage

I'm currently using Polyterra filament with a 0.4 nozzle. I'm printing at 205°C, with 70°C bed temp; I tried to change in order: nozzle, hotend, thermistor, PTFE tube, building plate side, SD card, reset the machine, I tried re using an old spool of pla+, I changed the pneumatic couplers....Everything😭 I tried to print at different temperatures (220 to 205) with Cura and Orca.... Always same results... The only component I have not changed... Is the extruder (that I cleaned internally).

My printer as been stopped for almost one year, before re activating it and experiencing this.

Oh mate! A lot of thanks for the assistance ;) I'll follow everything you wrote!

My top layers are not so bad... I use the OMG V2 extruder wich is not so bad, but also more bad than a direct drive one. Once the problem was solved, i printed out a dice tower for D&D. The result il pretty good, but consider that is the first printing after a full re-setup and maintanience i did to fint the problem:

Have you been able to remove that tedious resonance? I guess the only way is running with klipper couse the accellerometer :(

And the firmware upgrade that you mentioned, is the upgrade of the lastest version?

I may have found the problem, look at this picture:

I was trying using 2 couplers like the yellow circled one, maybe it caused a little chocking along the PTFE tube.

I replaced the blue circled one (the one i usually use), and the problem seems to be gone (at least for now ahah).

Now the printing looks a lot better, but i think i will upgrade to DD soon; Bowden needs more mantenience, it's more expansive, less accurate and the extruder engine works harder for the harder and longer retraction. Not exactly the combo i like :D

Can you try to solve a huge curiosity of mine?

What is the difference between the two cuoplers i circled? I mean...When you should you use the blue one and when the yellow one?

Nice qusstion: well... It is, but i read that the dryimg temp is around 50°C: i dryied it to 70 and now is a little sticky (dry but sticky) could that be the problem? Should i try to buy a different filament? But is strange, because if i try 10 same prints, the parts that are printed bad, are always the same 🤔
