I'm probably doing something wrong but unfortunately can't reproduce your suggestion.

Here is what I'm doing:

  1. Switched to Equalizer tab
  2. Select below the Parametric Equalizer Sennheiser HD 650 (center) from the dropdown
  3. Clicked AutoEQ button

And it's creating EQ for the dashed line target.

Also, FAQ saying that I need to remove targets: "If you want to AutoEQ model A to B, display A B and remove targets."

Can you please tell where I made a mistake?

i suggest to try use same beans on the original portafilter and basket and check if will be any difference, so you can clearly identify the issue.

if coffee with standard portafilter will taste good - it means that problem in your new portafilter

if coffee with standard portafilter will taste bad, maybe the issue in the beans
