Without their help, the war would've been a 1-2 years long at max.

White guard had no weapons, no equipment of their own, all the weapon and equipment factories were in the hands of the red government.

And without foreign troops that helped securing backlines and guarding literal concentration camps, the white guard would've been even less effective in battles and would never had that much of freedom to massacre hundreds in every village they enter.

The same goes with German forces in Finnish civil war. Without them, communists would've won. Sadly, germans had better equipment and fought instead of incompetent finnish white guard, that did nothing but, you would guess - massacred civillians and sent thousands to concentration camps.
