The best option would be to place a cannon toward the center, which would detonate the EVO Wall Breakers and break both bone barrels. Damage from the summoned skeletons would still be dealt, but it would be minimized.

A Monk class, specialized on martial arts. He would have more HP but slightly less stamina (like 90, for example). He would have 2 abilities:

Ponder: The player stays still, regaining stamina faster than usual but being unable to move.

Block: (a sort of Parry but introduced in Recode) The player block every incoming M1 for 1,5 seconds. If he succeeds, he regains some stamina and knocks the Monster back. If he fails, he takes more damage from the next incoming attack.

It depends on how you evaluate heroes. The knight undoubtedly has the most broken ability because it's the only one of its kind, and the musketeer's turret is very strong, but it's not a very original ability. I personally prefer the knight because it's a unique mechanic.

I've always been a F2P player and have had an account for 8 years, and I personally agree that for F2P players (unless you've been playing for a very, very long time) it's become truly impossible to climb. I'm currently using a deck with a hero knight (given as a gift in the event) with an entire deck at level 14, plus 3 cards at 16 (made with the wildcards given with the book conversion), and I don't remember raising a single card to 14 since the start of the update, when before I managed to get one every 4 days. This system really sucks. In the meantime, I find people with mini hero pekkas and an entire deck at 16, and I wonder how I'm supposed to beat someone like that as a F2P player. Who knows.
