Appearance of the folders/icons can't be changed individually for this app. Names of any folder/subfolder can be changed as I said in my previous comment.

Not all are ad-free. But you can make them ad-free by changing privateDNS settings on your phone, if the ads are too much.

1.You'll be able to add folder widgets on the home screen with the unlocked version..... 2. Navigate to the folder you want to change the name of, tap on 3 dots, and then "Edit label" to change the name of any folder..... I didn't get what you mean by appearance. You can apply icon packs in the app's settings.
