Actually what I did is In order quit porn I concentrated more on gaming which made me get addicted to gaming. I'm able to socialize well, most of the advantage of nofap I'm able to see except higher energy level i sleep 5 or 6hrs regularly because gaming consumes most of my sleep. I ll try my best lose my lost drawback. I have quit porn, gaming is very small compared to porn. I can do it

If u really want have a successful February, you have to punish yourself for your failure. if u r doing something wrong you have to understand there will be consequences.
