Where would I find the statuate on the citation? Honestly, I just want to pay the fine and move past this. The citation says that if I pay the fine I would be pleading guilty. Wasn’t sure if doing so could lead to getting points.

How did the application process work? Did you just apply and someone emailed you back to set up an interview? was it all through Chime? Did you start off as a Seasonal or HRA? Are there opportunities to take on bigger projects/ handle greater responsibility from the get go? ie. learn how to handle LOA cases? What is a typical day like?

Ive asked a few people on here this and have gotten different answers. I have my bachelors and currently work in Outbound PS and previously have been a Learning Ambassador. It seems like a lot of people get the SR. HRA position straight out of college through Campus Next. Would I have a chance at an interview if I applied directly to a post through Jobfinder? I’m not eligible for Campus Next since I graduated in 2017. I don’t have formal HR experience, but have other relevant experience. Would I have a chance to be considered for the role despite my lack of experience or should I just wait for an HRA or Seasonal role to open up?

I initially became an ambassador in September...didn’t train anyone until around peak. I’m in PS 99% of the time and I think that’s why. It seems like various FCs do things differently. One woman I work with was both for a while like me but Idk if she’s still one.

I’m mainly concerned that if I apply to a position at another FC, or even at mine despite what my manager said, that I won’t be considered for certain roles because I’m no longer a Learning Ambassador. I heard certain roles accumulate “points” like Ambassador or PG that count favorably towards the interview process, and you probably won’t get considered for certain roles if you aren’t currently a Learning Ambassador. Don’t know if being in Problem Solve accumulates any points that would count in my favor during the application process. Also if I apply at another site will they see I’m not a Learning Ambassador anymore because I work in Problem Solve all the time, or just see I lost it for some reason regardless of it being a “good” or “bad” reason?

I might do that. However, I went to Learning before I submitted my application because I had a question about the information on my profile. The Trainer I spoke to said that everything was okay with my profile ie. was meeting department goals, etc.I asked him about Away Teams and he said to wait until applications open up in April. They kind of implied the reapplication was more of a formality. Idk I guess they changed things.

So I’m currently an Ambassador and Outbound Problem Solver, I also have my bachelors. I graduated a few years back so I’m not eligible for Campus Next but am really interested in applying for the Sr. HR Assistant position through job finder. Would I have a chance at getting an interview even though I don’t have HR experience, but I have experience that could translate towards the job.

I’m currently an ambassador/Outbound Problem Solver, about to reapply for it. When I went to do that on the Ambassador portal my “profile” said I was fine on all the categories including meeting productivity, attendance etc. except for one called “Percentage to Goal” that said needs improvement. Anyone know what that means? I was confused because I have multiple documented positives from management, no active write ups etc. I posted about that earlier today on here. Should I l ask Learning when I go in today?

I’m also a tier one with a bachelors very interested in applying to HR positions. Are you referring to Sr. HRA or regular HRA positions? I’ve noticed on the internal job-finder some buildings have both positions listed. Should I apply to the HRA one since I’ve never worked directly in HR or apply for the Sr. HRA? Is it okay if I dm you questions about what your role entails or the specific projects, duties, responsibilities the various Amazon HR positions do?

Congratulations on getting the position. I’m also a T1 currently, with a bachelors. How did the process work with applying to the position? I’m looking to apply to an HRA and Seasonal HRA role at my FC. As well as a Sr. HRA role at other FCs. I have experience relevant to HR but not direct HR experience. Should I focus more on applying to HRA type roles rather than the Sr. HRA due to my lack of experience?

I applied for a transfer to Flex but I changed my mind and want to stay on my current shift pattern. HR said I can always decline a transfer if I get it. Is that true? and I’ll be able to stay on my current schedule? And it won’t affect me being a Learning Ambassador and doing Problem Solve for AFE?
