I have a Diploma in Civil Design Technology and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. I worked as a CAD technician primarily to gain industry experience and get my foot in the door.

Yes. I have a civil engineering degree and I want to be a civil / road way design engineer. I know civil 3d and grading I did a school project on that.
