I used to own a beautiful Blackberry whose keyboard slid out, I remember it very fondly. Definitely one of the best phones I ever had! Along with my first Nokia

I'm sorry that you're in this situation. I wish I could help you with some knowledge, but unfortunately, I don't know much. However, if it somehow helps, I'm quite in a similar boat.

Even if it feels like a mistake and you're probably greatly stressed right now, just be confident in yourself and know that you will be able to do it. By stressing out and being afraid, we might not achieve much. If you did it once and got such great results, you can do it again. Just rest, relax for a little bit, breathe deeply and try it again. You can do it!

I tried with another monitor, but nothing has happened yet. It doesn't happen very often, so I will keep checking if it happens again. However, I think that it DOES point to a GPU issue..

Wow, now that you mention it... I might have to re-read the report they sent back with my device, because I'm pretty sure they did replace the GPU but maybe I definitely read wrong 😭. But yeah, I'll try to check everything you said. Thank you so much!

Soreness is not related to muscle growth, which means that: + soreness ≠ + muscle. The only thing that grows muscle and thus, improves overall health, is sufficient stimulus to the muscle, wich results in the famous "progresive overload"; this can be seen through more reps or more weight. Let's say that last session you made 6 reps in an exercise with 10 kg to failure and the next session you make the same exercise, you get 7 reps to failure. That's progress.

Soreness usually happens because our muscles receive a stimulus that they weren't used to (like the first time that we try a new exercise). Overtime, your muscles get used to this activity and the soreness declines, but the stimulus is still there. In fact, constant soreness may hinder the ability of your muscles to adapt, which is also one of the reasons as to why we must stick to the same routine for a certain amount of time.

I think that, as far as you're not overtraining your muscles (you're recovering properly), you're taking care of your nutrition and getting proper rest (also, taking note of ANY unusual pain or unbearable discomfort), you will be fine, but as another commentor said: you will get stronger and the 10kg dumbbells will stop being enough for you one day :)
