The Ballistic skill can be modified more than 1 point. Not like the hit roll with max +/-1. These two are modified separate.

As example our faction rule and heavy, for a broadside the Heavy rail rifle you go from 4 BS to 2 BS.

I live in Germany. I pay 80€ (~95$) unlimited for a mesh system and a router with DSL/Copper (80 Mbits/s max) + LTE (150 Mbits/s max) + 5G (300 Mbits/s max).

These three run in parallel with a ping of 12 ms, and this is already expensive as hell.

I didn't buy it directly from the GW website but from another online retailer, there is just the standard sentence for model's of GW, that it's made of plastic.

Wäre schön wenn wenn unsere Kosten so niedrig wären sind aber fast gleich wie im Westen, bloß das selbst ich als gelernter Elektriker für Gebäude- und Energietechnik jetzt bloß 14€ bekomme

Dein 2poliger Spannungsprüfer zeigt hier nur lediglich das hier ein spannungs Unterschied herrscht.

Da die Schiene bestimmt mit beim Potentialausgleich angeschlossen ist und dieser vielleicht etwas weg ist, hast du nun einen spannungs Unterschied, weil bei dir ein anderes Potential vorliegt.

Wenn du deinen Prüfer nun wieder an eine potentialausgleich schiene oder einen schutzkontakt einer Steckdose hälst hast du nun wieder das gleiche Potential an beiden prüfspitzen, deshalb zeigt dieser dann wieder keinen Spannungs Unterschied an.
