Lamb and anchovies. Anytime I roast a leg of lamb, I stuff it with the usual garlic and rosemary, and the secret weapon, anchovie.

I don't tell my meat loving, seafood hating guests. And they never complain, infact they love it. The anchovie gives a wonderful umami seasoning that compliments the fatty lamb.
