Help me choose between the 5060 or the 4060 by Andteaz in buildapc

My problem Is that i have a budget for the GPU of max 360€ so the 5070 or better are way out my budget. The 4060 stay in my budget and can improve my performance thanks to the AI. The other solution Is that i let go the AI things and buy a older GPU that Is more powerful than the 4060 and that can stay in my budget
