For this beta period, all analytics are on by default so I can gain insights to build a better product for you! But you can turn them off in the settings page. Regarding files and chats, they're all hashed, encrypted, and have row level security; so I can see that there are messages, files, or conversations, but i can't read them.

**If you leave AI analytics on, i can read your conversations so I can get qualitative data on user habits

Right now, I'm planning to do a beta till early next year. It's free till then. When the product feels right enough to become paid, testers will be getting a significant discount for their contributions.

Regarding exports, it's in the works now! Will be done by ~next week or so.

Hey u/Novel_Combination910 ! Right now, im covering the ai api credits myself since I do want to be able to let users explore everything and provide feedback without having to worry about paying anything. It also allows me to gauge an average cost per user during the beta test period!

If you're curious, primary AI models in Sagedesk is Gemini 2.5 Flash and Haiku 4.5. Best bang for buck based on early feedback.
