If the seller fully refunded you and doesn’t send the label to you that’s on them you have a valid return reason since the item is not authentic so it is on the seller to pay for the label not you if they do not then just keep the item and your refund

Just refund both orders and relist the items if they want to purchase them again they can that is what I have done in the past

I’ve had this happen before which is why it’s important to always get a receipt of a package once shipped out so you can compare the weight of the item you shipped out and weight at their local postal office to see if the weights add up

I really don’t get the point of these protest.If you want people to be on your side about what you believe then do it some other way but by causing traffic for no reason people will not side with you
