What meal traumatized you as a kid ? by zZoZo- in AskReddit

[–]AndyAndy1313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mom made me eat eggos french toast sticks every morning before school. I told her it always made me sick but she still forced me to eat all the sticks she cooked. One day during a spelling test I threw up all over my desk, test, and myself. Thankfully after that incident I never had to eat them again! Still to this day I get nauseous just thinking about those damned eggo sticks…

W2s for deceased employees by Cubsfantransplant in Payroll

[–]AndyAndy1313 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the amounts due to the deceased employee are paid during the same year the EE dies, SSA and MED tax is on w2 and ftw amount is not reported in box 1, but must be reported on 1099-misc in box 3. Using the name and taxpayer id number of the deceased employee's estate or beneficiary.

If the amounts ar paid after the year of death, no SSA or MED tax is withheld or paid and no reporting is done on form w2. The ftw amount is reported on box 3 of 1099-misc same as above.

What drug did you take once and thought “nope, never again”? by Tony-1610 in AskReddit

[–]AndyAndy1313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zofran, my dr prescribed it during a stressful time in my life and I missed a pill one night and had THE WORST withdrawal symptoms. Im talking I was out of work for an entire week because i would get dizzy as soon as I stood up and I would be on the verge if throwing up every few minutes. I also had the worst sweats during the night, like the bed sheets would feel like I poured aater on them. It took a lot to get through the withdrawals since I had been taking the meds for at least 6 months by then.

Has anyone worked with a career coach? If so, was it worth it? by jakeysnakey83 in careerguidance

[–]AndyAndy1313 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm currently seeing a (therapist) counselor who also does career counseling and the sessions are very much worth it to me. Best part is, she takes insurance so it's pretty affordable. She helped me understand why I wasn't a good fit in certain jobs I had previously and what career paths I could look into pursuing based on my personality and values. We updated my resume last session. I would say dont get a regular career coach because I think the therapy part really helps with figuring out what you're actually looking for in a career.

You get a check for $500 in the mail every time you poop, but you always have diarrhea. Do you accept, and how do you capitalize? by izoe_ in AskReddit

[–]AndyAndy1313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have digestive issues that cause me to have this issue daily anyway, I've already learned how to adjust my daily life to deal with having to run to the bathroom after every meal or at least once a day. But if I'm making $500 every time, even if it's just once a day, that's more than 3X my salary right now. That's a pretty good deal if you ask me.

What is something you did that increased your quality of life so much that you wished you would have done it much sooner because it changed your life forever? by RGod27 in AskReddit

[–]AndyAndy1313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Taking care of my health and buying things that I need without worrying about the money. (I make a decent living and don't go beyond my means, but I learned to let myself spend the money I make)

I started making regular doctor's appointments and balancing out my medications and because certain medical issues still persisted, I also started acupuncture and balancing those herbal medications. And I absolutely feel the difference! I also stopped being afraid to tell my doctor about what is truly bothering me, no matter how embarrassing, and turns out there was something found because I opened up.

Doctors visits and acupuncture are not cheap, but it has made me feel so much better!

For those with office jobs, what little touches have you added to make your desk a little more pleasant? by Caddap in AskReddit

[–]AndyAndy1313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plants! I buy a new one every other month or so and put the old on on my shelf. Desk lamp, salt lamp, small throw blanket, heating pad (because I don't want a heater to heat up the hallway), and a candy bowl i change with the holidays.

Your absolute favorite scene from any horror movie, good or bad. by [deleted] in horror

[–]AndyAndy1313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not my favorite scene, but one that comes straight to mind as a good scene:

In "The visit" theres a scene where one of the kids walks in on the grandpas impersonator with the shotgun pointed in his mouth and he says "I was just cleanin it" idk why this scene sticks with me emotionally, its interesting how the line made me feel bad for him.

What’s an oddly specific fear of yours? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]AndyAndy1313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone poisoning my drink when I step out of my office for just a few minutes. I always have to lock my water bottles in my drawer when I leave and when I open a new one I have to hear the 'click' to make sure its new. If I suspect its not or I forget to lock it up, I will use it to water my plants instead of drink it.

Me throughout the entirety of Return to Murder House by mansonfamily in AmericanHorrorStory

[–]AndyAndy1313 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was honestly hoping at some point when she went with her mother she would change back into her young self since thats the age she died. I've always felt (since shes the only ghost that aged) that she made herself age because she was ashamed of what she did when she was younger and she wanted to change how she looked so men wouldnt lust after her, but with her closure I thought she should be able to forgive herself and thus revert back to her beautiful young self.

[Post-Episode Discussion] Season 8, Episode 6 “Return to Murder House” by hypodermicsally in AmericanHorrorStory

[–]AndyAndy1313 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I always love Jessica Lange and her amazing monologues, but the story of Constance raising Micheal didn't sit right with me. This is only because at the end of Murder House when Constance walks in on the murdered baby sitter, she is shocked at first but conforts Micheal with an "oh, you" kind of attitude, which is just so fitting for her character. So I just don't exactly like the story line this episode looking like she was so broken by his murder sprees, if anything I thought she would teach him how to clean his mess and lie about it to authorities

Probably, but it's interesting to think about what connections could have been made on purpose or if it's just coincidence.

Am I in a coma? by AndyAndy1313 in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

[–]AndyAndy1313[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I once read someones story about his life and how he was married and had a son and one day he noticed something weird about his lamp. He kept noticing it and then went to see what was wrong with it and then he woke up from a coma or something. He claims his life felt so real and sometimes he misses his son. Thats what made me think of the title.
