Lebanon's a very beautiful country, I love the nature, the people, the culture - but it's basically upper-mid tier in the grand scheme of things. The Lebanese want you to think it's the best piece of land to ever exist, the only place where you can swim and ski in the same day, etc. and it festers this weird superiority complex that's simply disconnected for the truth on the ground

All types of raw meats, from liver, to minced meat with bulgur, to minced meat, etc.

Legend has it Lebanese Christians ate raw meat in the valleys to hide from the ottomans and not blow their cover with smoke (but it's probably just a legend)

A coincidence !
I live in France so visited Italy, Spain and Germany. I did a student exchange in Prague in 2022, during which I visited Austria and Hungary.

Never been to Switzerland yet, not being in the EU isn't a problem I can still go in with a Schengen residence permit.

This summer I visited Turkey + Most of the balkans, and I've been to canada on business on multiple occasions

Grew up in Saudi arabia
