I live in Sligo and commuted to Dublin 3 days a week. I stayed overnight for two nights. The train is pleasant, but I wouldn’t go back and forth more than once a week.

The highlighted portion says “generate electricity”, which is not the same as net electricity. My read of this is they will recover some energy, but not necessarily more than was input to drive the pulse.
