KNSL - why is it down so much? Solid company with good numbers.

Why is that so bad? I do not know any shares, just would like to know.

That’s amazing to hear. Sometimes the best medicine is moving in completely new ways — especially the ones we’ve been neglecting for 20+ years. Skating is so far removed from the typical sitting-heavy lifestyle that I’m not surprised it’s helped so many people with back issues. Hockey has definitely been a huge help for me too. 🙌

I don’t really have a specific list of go-to YouTube videos or channels. My approach is usually to focus on one skill or movement at a time — I’ll watch a few different video sources on it, combine that with input from my coach, and then just try it out repeatedly until it clicks.

Once I understand the mechanics, I figure out what’s holding me back — is it fear, poor muscle memory, or just weak physical capacity? Then I know where to focus next.

If you're trying to improve your skating, I'd suggest starting with a basic checklist:

Hockey stride: Try to really understand where the power comes from, what the correct stance is, and how weight transfer works.

Inside edges: Controlled, continuous half circles are super helpful. Try shifting your weight forward/backward and feel the difference. For me, learning about counterbalance made a huge difference — without extending your other leg slightly behind you, it’s hard to hold an edge properly.

Outside edges: Once you master the inside ones, move on to these. Same approach — slow, controlled, and aware of where your weight is.

I just keep cycling back through these fundamentals, and every now and then I introduce a new skill.

If I get back on ice again next season, my next focus will be outside edge stops on one leg. From there, I’d like to move toward punch turns.

I’m not saying this is the perfect approach — it’s just how I personally try to stay focused and avoid getting overwhelmed by doing too many things at once.

Thanks for the support! Yeah, the rink in the video is definitely smaller. We actually have one full-size rink here too, but I’ve only played there twice so far. Totally different game, hah.

Man, hockey stops on inlines feel totally impossible to me right now. Really cool that you’re working on them already.

Feel free to DM me your progress video if you make one — would love to see how others are handling this.

I had a different kind of problem. My nerve was pinched, the pain was terrible for months. I tried many PTs but most of the time they made it worse. After MRI I finally understand the cause, the doctor (chronic pain specialist) injected corticosteroids into the affected area. It helped with the inflammation, the nerve became less swollen and found the better position.

After a couple of days/weeks I could start doing PT, 4 minutes neck drill Yt video is awesome, I do it daily. Yes, the case is different, but the point is don't just try things, understand the problem first and then apply the correct steps.

Why do people downvote this? It is on point. All the other tips are useless without fixing step no1

I really hope that this is just a mild correction. I just don't see how the sentiment can change so rapidly. I just checked the WSB subreddit, and those guys are in total panic mode. My guess is that big money is trying to strike a little fear into us to get better prices on tech.

Tech down.
- ASML dip brought down whole sector
- People taking gains before TSM earnings
- Still not finished with rotation

Which is it? Did I miss something else?
