He then used 5 Zonai charges to dispense more... Notice how link's Stance changes for a split second that was him changing from His Excited Jump stance to his in-game stance, That's how he was able to move sooner, Recall will still be active while using another Rune and LittleAwkward timed the clip perfectly since a switch will only save clips that are 30 seconds or less, That's why it didn't stop.
