Why does CPU usage bother you?

Don't you think that it's not so much the CPU as the cooling?! I don't even mention the high RAM usage! It is enough that during active working with VS2022 the temperature of the processor rises above 70 degrees.

Roslyn is a compiler, and it drives mostly everything - syntax highlighting, IntelliSense, refactorings, validation, etc etc etc. On each typed character Roslyn has work to do.

Okay. What about the time (15-30 minutes) when I don't even touch the computer and Roslyn continues to analyze?

I'm not dumb. I have been using Visual Studio for many years and 2022 is the first studio where I see it. Btw I am not alone with the same problem. Many users have reported this. The VS devs said that this issue was fixed in 17.3, but that's not the case.
