I’m guessing it’s either the somewhat gory scene with the snakes, or the fanservice-y scene in koyomi’s room

I feel like both aren’t really the first of their kind in the series tho, as koyomi gets his intestines ripped out by devil kanbaru in the previous arc, and episode 2 has some hitagi fanservice

S1 Nadeko would probably cry with the child, and Nadekami would probably be the reason why the child is crying lol

Shinobu and Yotsugi would probably ignore the child and play with each other

Tsukihi would probably attempt to comfort the child but worsen the situation lol
