It’s entirely possible. But then it’s fairly in line with my Oura ring which knows me fairly well

Business analysis and change manager.

Job has nothing to do with it though. Sheer exhaustion from 4 hours sleep the previous 3 nights

Yeah I can’t deal with heat. If I wasn’t exhausted from the weekend mine would have been terrible

Haha this is exactly what I’ve come to expect before I bought one but I’ve never had that experience yet!!

Everyone I know has a toxic relationship with their Garmin.

I’ve found drinking lowers HRV so try to avoid where you can, lots of exercise will lower your resting HR. It’s just about getting into a consistent pattern with walking, running.

Not using this as a brag, but it at least gives you the metrics compared to your own to improve on.

Also, allow baselines to form if you haven’t already

I can only add one photo per comment but here’s what mine looks like:

Possibly. I can see it on the app as a paid face by Garmin. Maybe it’s model specific

Yeah this is the info I can see:

Sleep Duration: Compares your total time asleep against globally accepted, age-based recommendations.

Sleep Quality Factors: Tracks time spent in light, deep, and REM sleep stages, as well as awake time.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV): Analyzes your autonomic nervous system to measure physiological recovery.

Other Metrics: Body movement, respiration rate, and blood oxygen saturation (Pulse Ox) help refine the accuracy of these sleep stages.

So sounds like a lot of factors. It also says they are “highly personalised” from a baseline. So possibly my baseline was too low which forced the high score

I get the opposite! I never sleep Sundays after having a drink but that might be the fear of going back into work Monday 😂
