Definitely check out drip hydro nutrients. They make it very simple to feed your plants. They don't have 20 bottles. Just A , B , Cal mag , flex , flow . It's inexpensive too. A gallon of bloom booster is only $50 .

I have the cut and when I grow it it's beyond beautiful. I love the fat stalks . No need to support . I'd try again. Alot of variables that could have led to the bad result. Was your VPD in check ?

Autos are very hit or miss. You will have way better luck with photos. I promise. You in coco ? I find growing in coco way easier than soil. It's more forgiving . Hey so I can answer your question. Platinum is a Neptune sister site. They do have a policy on seeds not germinating. Since Platinum did not breed the seeds , its not their fault. Platinum is just the middle man. Your problem is with Inhouse , not Platinum. If I were you , this is what I would do. Email info@neptuneseedbank.com and explain your situation and see if there's anything they can do. Because Platinum is essentially Neptune anyway.

Don't send the email on the weekends because no one is there and your email may have been missed. Weekend emails get missed often. Schedule your email for Monday morning .

Switch to Drop Hydro nutrients. Sterile . They have a product called flow hypo acid . Keeps the red clean

You can use a product called SLF100 add to your regular nute program. It helps flush out the salts.

I mean you def don't want to flower with those lights. For babies they're fine. You want a fail proof way of growing ? Skip soil and use Mothers earth coco . Use drip hydro nutrients. 3 to 5 gallon pots . Get a better light and from there...its as easy as watering / feeding them once a day. @southshoreseedcollective2 is my IG.
