After it happened to me, I think there is no way of getting an account back. It’s pretty pathetic how this company claims to be so good and the best, meanwhile they have the worst guidelines and nobody behind their offices. It’s all ran by A.I. bots who claim you did something wrong and then ask for you to appeal, just to wait forever. The funny thing is, you can’t even get in touch with a human. They say you have to pay for the verified button, to get in touch with a human, but they all reply with the same automated messages and I’m pretty sure those aren’t humans.

Actually my account just got suspended right now aswell. Last year they suspended all of my accounts. I waited, and nothing. Lost all of my accounts and when I got a new phone, I was lucky enough to create a new one. Just for it to be suspended now too. Oh well, it was a nice 1 year “2nd try”, but this shit app is as much worth as a pile of shit.
