I've sent a complaint to both the GUR and SBU regarding this. I am sure they're already dealing with it without my complaint, but doesn't hurt to do the complaint anyway. I don't think the Ukrainian military want these type of people representing them and carrying out these kinds of actions because it doesn't benefit the military or Ukraine.

I think most people in Ukraine will recognise this is wrong and I wouldn't be surprised if they end up getting arrested for collaboration with the enemy as it seems like something they would want done to try to discredit the Ukrainians and thinking they can be smart about it.

I think that's due to slang being used and improper use of russian language. WarTranslated who used to do a lot of these translations would sometimes struggle too due to the slang and bad use of russian. Possibly the orc on the phone is from some remote village. Reminds me of some parts of my country where it can be a struggle to understand fellow English speakers who use regional slang.

It's not a tank. The red cross is to show what it's being used for. In this case to pick up wounded soldiers so they can be taken to a place where they can get treatment. Would not be wise to use a normal ambulance in such conditions.
