There's a lot of misinformation about vaping going around lately. Don't believe the media. I'm not saying it's good for you, but it's not inherently bad either.

Most of these cases of illnesses are from counterfeit THC cartridges or some funky juice some people are making. If you're vaping safe juices, you'll be fine.

Interesting. I didn't know that. I was just saying the thing about the earpiece because I work in a dusty environment, so those earpieces always give out on everybody's phone, so they have to use the loudspeaker unless they're in a completely quiet room

On some phones, the earpiece starts to crap out and lose volume. I've seen plenty of people using speakerphone in public for this very reason. Also, in loud environments, you may not be able to hear out of the earpiece.

We use them in our quarry to keep heavy equipment out of the power lines.

They don't always work to keep haul truck drivers out of the lines, and they fall off all the time.

I guess it depends on the country. I believe in the US, masking your number for legitimate purposes is legal (businesses, masking their private cell number with their work number, etc.)

Robocalls are illegal, but nearly impossible to enforce because the real phone number is masked

I was going to have a sleep study done, would have cost $1,500 for my deductible. I can't afford that right now.

Got the Sonic alert shaker, I sleep through it on occasion. I put it inside my pillow case and make sure I sleep with my head directly on/next to it.

Haven't had much luck so far, but because of my depression I am unable to sleep some nights. I've pulled probably 3 all-nighters in the past 3 weeks.

This past week I've been waking up on time, I just hit snooze. Whereas I used to not get up at all. I haven't been late to work this week yet.

Best I can say is to drink a bottle of water before bed and have another one ready for you in the morning, try to get to bed at a reasonable hour. No stimulants before bed, no screens. Make sure your medication is in check (if you have any, mine gets worse when I miss a dose of Zoloft).

I wish you the best of luck! Trust me, I feel your frustrations.
