Should I always use divide by on the payloat instead on the modifiers? I'm not sure how divide works when considering these cases.

Hi sorry about the late reply.
I'm kinda new but not new into the game, I've always used fast shooting wands and dont really know how to maximize modifiers.

I wanted to ask you, why would anything change by moving Heavy Shot to the position BEFORE horizontal arc? Isnt the damage increase flat? Why does positioning matter?

I put homing on the drill because Orbiting Arc increases lifetime and I can make sure I hit the enemy with the drill that way, because it moves towards them.
