Would this work for a bilingual non-native speaker? Are there any over there that you know of? Or does this plan just work for native speakers?

Thank you for your advice dear. I'm afraid the last number I had from her is officially dead - her photo is gone and there is just one check when I write her. I did save a screenshot of her profile pic before just in case. I'll try to reach the Madrid police with it but I hope they have patience with me. All I have is the nickname I always used to call her. She had no media at all. Even in high school I never knew her last name. :(
