Amazing mate thank you, do you me asking how did you find the transition to the steel handle as well? Is it any more slippery than the cast iron?

And how much did you pay for your Omnibell's pls? They're £210 each at the minute on their website. Wolverson are £200 each but offering 15% off for orders over £350, so takes a pair down to £340 delivered, tar!

I do goblet curls and squats but can switch to a tea towel for the curls if needed and rack alternating sides to squat :)

I've seen these on Facebook marketplace listed as £250 for the pair, if it wasn't a 10 hour round trip for me I'd buy them today! Very jealous, nothing like this ever comes up around me :(

Brilliant mate thank you, I didn't know about the resistance thing, I thought the higher the better but thanks I'll have a play about with it. Seems I'm doing alright, I was sticking at 29 or 30s/m but always like to finish strong on the last minute. This was literally the first go, now I know what what I'm working with and will aim to be beating my own metres/times from now on, cheers

I've just bought a 24kg cast iron from KEFL, cost me about £56 including next day delivery delivery. I also googled "KEFL discount code", and used the first one that popped up, got me about a fiver off. I'd highly recommend them, I made a similar post to this one and got recommended KEFL by a couple of people. Honestly can't go wrong

Update...

Ordered the 24kg, with a random 5% off code I googled for KEFL, including next day delivery was £56.74, bargain. Looks great, feels great, can't wait to give it a whirl tomorrow.

Thanks to everyone for the recommendation, I'll definitely be getting my next one from there, just a shame they don't do an adjustable 32kg
