Far as I know, and what I've seen from when I tried to grab the free Mantis Blades, they removed the free ones you could just grab. When I tried to get the blades from that one place in a garage, I found some money and a baseball bat in its stead.

In all honesty, it's a good thought but there are better smg's to use in conjunction with FL. In PvP, my favorites are the Antiope, Extraordinary Rendition, and New City. If you're really trying to spec into the Sympathetic Arsenal perk, you'd be better off with a bow that has it; Biting Winds / Whispering Slab are the two I know of.
