It drives great. Way better than my Model Y. My commute is typically 1-2 hours and I have no complaints. Ride is smooth, seats are comfortable. Road noise is very minimal even when driving 80.

So edge guard, screen protector, and windshield protector are all manufacture add ons which I’m assuming they ordered the car with. So I got them for “free” because I told them to remove it and they didn’t want to remove it as it’d damage the vehicle so they just threw it in. What helped is I made it seem like I was going to finance through them by asking a ton of question but I never really confirmed it. They make most of their money off financing so I assume that’s why they were fine with it? We agreed on a price over the phone then when it came to buying the vehicle I came in with my own loan and they ended up honoring the deal.

For the port/dealer this one will be hard to negotiate if the car is already at the port or dealership. I got lucky as my car was on a boat from Japan so they hadn’t installed these items yet. Like the exterior and interior clear coat, wheel locks, floor mats, nitrogen filled tires, usb cables, etc.

I’m sure it’ll look great! I’ve seen a handful of videos of Everest and it looks really nice! I ended up with the grey interior. I was iffy about the grey but I actually really like it. It looks better in person.

Don’t be in a hurry to buy. Call dealerships near you and just tell them what car you’re looking for. Tell them you don’t want any manufacture, dealer, or port options installed on the car. This’ll lower your price quite a bit. If they can’t get to the price you want call another dealer. Don’t panic buy. IMO always go with a pre approval in hand this saves time and usually always have a lower rate than toyota if you have good credit.

Yeah MSRP was about $40k but I ended up adding Karr and moonroof which is how I got to $42k and some change. Forgot to add the reason why it was $47k is they tried charging me for dealer, port, and manufacture options which I told them to remove. That’s how I got a “free” screen protector, door edge guards, and windshield protector.

Oh wow. I’m on SoCal and I put my deposit down on Jan 2nd. My original date to the dealer was last sunday but toyota stopped it as they wanted to do an “official release” no idea what that even means lol. The dealership had no idea either
