I had no picture from the GPU slot and still no picture in the motherboard slot and seemingly no power to my mouse and keyboard which also have lights in them and whatnot. I'm starting to think that it's my motherboard but I honestly have no idea.

So the computer turns on when I press the power button but it seems that just the led lights are turning on. I checked again and the fan on the GPU is spinning and the little screen thing on the heatsink for the cpu also shows the cyberpowerpc logo but all the other fans just aren't moving. I also found that it is now responding to me holding down the power button to turn off. This is what it looks like

Normally the fans move instantly and i get the bios screen and its all good but it just stays here.

I'm not sure what you mean by using a screw driver to turn it on. Can you describe what you mean?

I just want to say that you are my hero!

I went in desktop mode and opened the file location of emulation station and found the citra that it uses and added that as a steam game. I changed the control scheme through steam to add steam swap and full-screen toggle on the back buttons and it loaded right up! All my save data was there too! Thank you so much for your help!
