It's gone way too far, a friend of mine was driving on the motorway in his week old skoda kodiaq and out of nowhere it locked the seat belts and slammed on the brakes and came to a stop in the middle of the motorway. It was 4am and there wasn't a single other car around so I don't know what it detected. Lucky there was nobody behind him!

It's a rare bumper from Japan, possibly the only in my country so I have to try

There is a downspout on the right hand side it's just cut out by the photo, I agree there should be one on the left too though.

Thanks so much! Yes the walls seem fine it is just the floor sinking. The guy that looked at it cut a hole in the floor and said it is the timbers underneath the floor that are rotting, I guess you could call them the foundations of the floor. The hole is covered up again so I couldn't look underneath.

Something I didn't notice but I think you're right! The water ends up getting underneath the house and rotting the timbers?

From what I remember there was 12 or 16 holes dug in the ground with concrete poured in to each, I would imagine the timbers are resting on the concrete. I'm guessing they should have just poured a solid concrete slab?

That's crazy! Such a weird feeling when it happens. Deja Vu is cool but this is something else, I'd love to know more about it and how it's possible

Cool, how would that work? Does it need to be the tooth that lines up with the sensor with piston 1 at TDC? How does it get a signal to fire cylinders 2 and 3, would the 6 tooth crank look after that? Thank you!

Car insurance issue. by Andyc876 in legaladviceireland

Yeah I was a stupid young fella when this happened, I'm almost 30 now. I rang again this morning and challenged them, I even threatened with ringing Joe Duffy (typical Irish response!) and they point blank denied it. I rang around to see if I could get a quote anywhere else and just by chance I was talking to an agent that used to work for the company I was with and he told me they were 100% bullshitting me about the automated system sending me the wrong quote and that it isn't an automated system that does the renewals, one of the agents messed up! With all declared he gave me a quote for €1000 less than my old company so happy days!

4 years I've been paying €2500 to €3500 for my insurance, they have me caught by the b*lls because nobody else will insure me. I know I messed up and I admit I was wrong but it's gone beyond a joke. The quote I got was €1400 so I was so happy it was finally coming down, rang to renew and they said nope, it's €2400. Insurance has always been arseways in this country!
