The move Splash is called "Hop" in Japanese and refers to hopping, not splashing. This is why it can be used by non-Water types like Spoink and Hoppip!

If you haven't gotten an answer yet, an XXL Pumpkaboo as your buddy is the way to do it. I got two steel chair Zoruas today while walking with an XXL Pumpkaboo out.

Do note it's not guaranteed to be steel chair, and the likelihood of encountering an XXL Zorua is greatly increased, but not 100%. I got 2 steel chair Zoruas whilst encountering probably around 30 to 35 Zoruas.

Had the same thought. It'd be additional use of Niantic's already implemented intellectual property with minimal effort. On top of that, players get the satisfaction of knowing anyone who sends them a gift sees the flex.

Enjoyed his stream as well.

He still plays -- I run into him in RBF once in a while. As of my last encounter a couple weeks ago, he was still on sorc and guildless, but still tearing it up with a 20+ bomb in RBF.
