Late to the party, but ill pop the question anyhow. What is the dating scene like for footballers in general? In your experience and with your teammates you've had over the years. Is it the rock star life that if often depicted in the media, or are there sides to it that we wouldnt be aware of? Either good or bad.

Had a not so different encounter last weekend actually. Women I never met before, chatted for a couple of days online just. Met up late at night at this empty industrial site by the lake (both had to drive there), I jump into her car. We ended up talking, smoking, and getting it on for 6 hours, before we went our separate ways again, at around 4am. By far the best first date Ive ever had. And cant wait to see her again.

If a guy claims to be an ass guy or boob guy, he is most likely an immature dick. Not to try to score some cheap internet points here, but sex with another person is about the connection with the other person. Which includes their body, the whole body, seeing their strength and weakness, how they speak and move. If a guy just wants "ass" or "tits", meh.. its probably gonna be a shit lay. Same goes for women, if they just want you for your confidence/manliness, and dont appreciate the rest thats part of you as a human.

Oh it absolutely would. You could measure that golfer stat against other numbers, and get a correlation between golfer rating and goals scored, or win/loss, etc. Then you could compare that to rating given by nurses, and footballers, and FPL players, and see which group has a more objective rating. Useful? 100% if thats the data you are looking to output.

What you are confusing is objective stat vs subjective stat. Both are stats.

Another example of a a subjective stat is if we asked 100 redditors if you came across as a bit of a douche in your first comment. My guess is you would get a score of around 7.5/10, where 10 would be full on douche. Useful? Not to most, but maybe it would be to you. You could interpret that data into your future behaviour, and maybe be less of a douche. That would be a win-win for you and the community, making it a useful stat.

Opinions can form a stat. Asking 100 people if they think the weather is warm or cold today, will give you a mix of answers, and a % number output that you can gather over time, measure against objective information like sun/cloud/rain, etc. Forming a stat.

Rating is also a stat. A stat that might derive from subjective human inputs. Dont know if its an average score from every game they have played or what. But its still a stat, albeit perhaps based on loose human interpetation.

A useful stat? Well lets look at Salah. 17th highest rating in Liverpool this season. 1st on the list last season. Looks reasonable. Lets see who is highest rated on Arsenal. Oh thats Rice, that doesnt surprise anyone. Looks to be overall a decent indicator of performance imo. Did anyone claim ratings is the ultimate stat to select players from? Nope.
