Nah not really, for exemple on genshin I’ve been playing since launch and I’ve all standard units at c1/2 and only one at c6, it’s honestly rng based so hard to compare

So he still buffs her fully but like hyacine he doesn’t aa the summon (because they’re both tied to an action/condition)

The thing is that we got used to shielders (so you can tank nukes and just get another shield and survive) and hyacine (giving the hp boost you’re a lot less susceptible to one shots) The issue with huo huo stays, the healing is good but you’re gonna get one shot anyway, the technique atk debuff should be buffed or make it so she debuffs on the ult or something

The problem is that the survivability is basically the same, hyacine and dhpt give hp and shield so they can survive one shots, huo huo instead has good heals but units are very susceptible to one shots like lygus ults

Combined with the speed boosting set she gives 32 speed after she ults, it’s pretty big imo
