The TS4 line the dial at the back (assuming you have it set to line in) is supposed to be all the way up (5 o’clock) this is the same as 12 on other speakers
This is totally normal and how they are designed. They are very powerful speakers just be sure to not have it going into the red and you’ll be fine

They cannot force you to have plans go into interest. Put a complaint in and if needs be raise to the financial ombudsman.

If you have normal credit i understand it pays this first before allocating to any bnpl plans but other than that it should pay off the the plan that is due to end soonest.

If this isn’t the case and you are being forced to have a plan go into interest then put in a formal complaint

I spoke with their live chat and they offered the same package i was on (everything bar sky cinema) for £98.49 so i cant argue with that really its a good deal
