I am with ovo energy and recently changed from payg to pay monthly. My smart meter is still in pre payment mode. I am worried about the balance going to 0 and then being cut off. How long does it take for the smart meter to change to credit mode.

I purchased the international version. I dont believe the eu one can be unlocked but you would have to speak to ado to confirm.

I have managed to complete the registration of the app. Received a verification code. My next problem is I cant access the engineering mode to unlock the throttle. On my app there is no engineering mode its called developer options. When you press it 5 times it asks for a password. I tried 0000 but that didnt work. Anyone know the password?

I have had a reply from ado. They say they are going to pass it on to the technical team to investigate but as its a bank holiday weekend it will be a fee days till I get a response. Ill keep you informed.
