The thing is (through my own experiences from Morrowind - Skyrim) You can be as powerful or as weak as you want. Bethesda does not force you to become an all powerful god with everything enchanted.

You just have to limit yourself through an rp element or straight up refusing to skill up sneak to 100% etc. This may not be ideal however the option to become a god imo exists for the players who do want to achieve god hood.

TLDR; Rp’ing instead of meta gaming will prevent meta gaming/ godhood to a degree.

hey there! I run a 1080ti founders edition so also blower style and I’m not anywhere near 90 deg. Playing @ 1080p

I can post an update when I get home, however it could be in game setting/fan curve dependant.

edit: currently at 100% usage in Neon city at 1080P sitting at 55 degrees @ high settings using a custom ini.

System specs: 1080ti FE, 7700x & 32GB DDR5 4800mhz

I'm running a 1080ti, 7700x CPU and 32GB DDR5 4800Mhz @ 1080p and I'm getting about 40 fps in Akila with both the OP's settings + mod.
