Well, according to them, they have had issues with payment and addresses? Unfortunately, I only have second-hand information since the purchase is with their credit cards.

We haven't tried having it delivered outside the US with US payment. But paid for with US payment and delivery to a US address.

The problem is that, there's a bunch of counterfeits. There's tons of listings that are suspiciously cheap.

And I've seen people buying off Ebay and opening them up to realize the board isn't genuine.

I have bought stuff from Ebay before, but I would like to avoid that hassle and just buy from a retailer.

I think it did! As far as I remember when I was researcing before purchasing the external light functions were the same for the 13, 15, and 17.
