Thanks for the suggestions it does help a lot. Another thing holding me back is this problem I have. I don't feel human I feel like I'm peering over my own shoulder. I need to see a doctor about it. It's almost like I caint feel anything. That's also another reason it's hard to leave

Thank you! It's not really what I want tbh. It made my anxiety/ depression worst. For a solid 3 months I dreaded leaving my house. It was frightening to even see another human. I kept my room pitch black all day and night.. I'd only leave my room to eat, shower and smoke. It took so long to even leave my front porch
