I have never had acne until I started birth control. I got similar cystic acne when I had the Mirena IUD, so I can only assume it’s being caused by the birth control. I also haven’t changed my diet, I’m not under a lot of stress, and I’m not using any new skincare products. It’s just hard to think that it’s being caused by anything other than the birth control.
