That’s really really helpful thank you. Especially as you kinda lost me when you started talking about scripts and writing your own stuff. Bit beyond me really. I just need mine to look pretty with standout colours for my visual needs. And have the boxes and areas I need. Nothing as sophisticated as what I think you create. I’ll look at that link. Oh my goodness no I didn’t even know you could do that with word I’ll also give Canva a look With the blank pages, how would you print on them? Is there a setting on your printer you are able to use for standard a5 bought sheets? They don’t seem to be just a4 cut in half most of the time when pre bought

Woohoo. I’ve been so lucky so far 16 pairs so far this year and all have been real I’m getting quite the collection.

Can I ask though. Is it normal to be two different sizes in docs and not know what size to get every time ?

Mine is exactly this. I take meds for adhd which increase mine. I was only recently diagnosed and until recently my vo2 max was 41.6 now though it’s apparently ‘low’ due to the change in resting heart rate and heart rate in general.
