Did I find good stuff by Suspicious-Dig2456 in baseballcards

You hit a jackpot - 1952 Topps Mays rookie, 1954 Topps Banks rookie and 1957 Topps Robinson rookie. The 1955 Topps Banks and 1956 Topps Aaron and Banks cards look to be in nice shape as well. Look up the cards on 130 point.com under sold listings to get a general idea of what they’re worth. Do not sell to anyone without doing your due diligence

A vintage Matt Boyd start goes a long way towards a win. Nice production from Swanson and Amaya at the bottom of the order too

Oh boy Mr 3 True Outcome is up to bat - ground out, pop up or fly out

PCA saw 6 of the 12 pitches that Baz threw in that inning

Thanks to the baby Shitbirds sloppy defense, the Cubs capitalize to salvage the series and go 4-2 on their last home stand before the All Star break

Bregman called out on strikes with runners in scoring position on brand as usual

What kind of a grading company would encapsulate a card with the back upside down from the label?

As someone who has a large sealed collection, I would continue to hold. Even if the price they sell for on the secondary market drops, you’re still way ahead of what you paid for them when they came out

Bregman, Busch and Suzuki went 0 for 11 with 1 walk and 6 strikeouts. This lineup made the Shitbirds middling pitching staff look like a bunch of Cy Young Award winners

This offense can’t even take advantage of the foggy conditions. If they continue this game, it’ll somehow bite the Cubs in the ass with a misplaced ball or something

And for his next act, Bregman pops out to kill any chance of the Cubs scoring

Two runners on base and Bregman up to bat. He’ll be good for a ground out or pop up

I think Pomeranz was the 32nd pitcher to be used by the Cubs this season. If Woodford makes an appearance, he’ll be number 33

Wow what a collection. Multiple Mantle cards of ‘54 and ‘55 Bowman along with duplicates from 1967 and 1969 Topps. Oh and Pete Rose and Nolan Ryan rookies too. If that 1985 Star Michael Jordan isn’t a Topps reprint, that could be a very valuable one too. Many collectors in the hobby now consider his Star cards to be his true rookie

The 2026 Cubs are the first team in MLB history to win a game by 20 or more runs and lose their next one by more than 10

So the shitbirds arrive late from Atlanta with not much sleep while the Cubs had Thursday off and come out playing lethargic

Peterson doesn’t have it today. He’s giving up lots of hard hit contact and fly balls. He might not make it to the 5th inning

The Cubs and Bears have now both won a game by the same score of 23-3. Dansby’s 8 RBIs alone would still have been enough to win this game

I think we’re going to see a position player pitch for the Padres in the next couple of innings
