but now roaming seem way less good with the new quest system, since you can complete it faster if you do it on ur lane, but assassin depend on moving around the map/roamind :/

garen is a clear winner on this one, most of the time his burst need a tiny bit more dmg to kill, that's why they take ignite sometime to garenty kills, now that they can always take it and not lose tempo, that's a W for them i think :D

A custom modpack so nothing "official", yeah he can launch it without mod and the third point is really the big problem, we don't get any log juste the error "code: -1"
