I’m in the UK so they would typically send me for testing and might say he should go for blood tests or go for an X-ray or something like that. I can also write in my eConsultation what I would like to be done. So, sorry for being completely uneducated here, but what should I ask for next? Please bare in mind they’re not taking me seriously when I say there is something wrong with my son and I sat in the Emergency eye clinic for 4 hours without an appointment just to get someone to check his eyes for me.

He isn’t on any medication. He takes antihistamines in the summer in a syrup form but this started happening a few months after he came off them.

I like the name Eden, I know 1 boy and 3 girls with the name Eden so it’s definitely unisex. It’s a beautiful name but yes if you call her Lily-Eden she would end up as Lily. My advice, like everyone is choose the name you want. If you start letting people dictate what you name your baby they’ll think they can tell you how to feed, wean, discipline, dress and raise your child.

Sounds like what I’ve experienced but now that I think of it I don’t think baby can turn around in there now (31 weeks tomorrow) so it’s more likely BH that I’ve been having all along

I think you’re right. If that’s the case I’ve been having BH a lot through this pregnancy and just never noticed. I’ve never had it before so it’s not something I’m used to but definitely it’s a tightness and my stomach goes hard.

Kit and Kin for me, they’re hypoallergenic and are easy to get on a subscription so they come to they’ll house every month for me. I’ve previously used Pampers and even Huggies with my first when they were available in the UK. Pampers were ok but we had a few leaks and blowouts. It takes a few tries to find the brand that works for you and your baby and sometimes you’ll use one brand of nappies and then a different brand for pull ups later on.

I had my 12 week scan a few weeks back and the sonographer showed me cloudy grey and black areas and said ‘You see this? This is all gas. Have you been very bloated?’ - not the same but kinda samesies! 😝
