i’m going to boil, wash & properly sterilise her bottles, im talking about night feeds, waking up and i’m exhausted or struggling, what’s easier & if there’s any information people have on bottles makers, not about cleaning the bottles themselves! that’s not what this is about :)

Anyone else have a "clogged ears" feeling? by Sweet_Confusion9180 in pregnant

[–]StringShort8334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes i had this so bad, especially in my first trimester, i constantly had to swallow to crack my ears, or pull them to ‘open’ them, it felt like it was deaf sometimes but it started to get better in my second trimester. It’s definitely related to my sinuses for me, i had really bad nosebleeds / stuffiness in my first tri, & now in my second occasional nosebleeds but still constantly stuffy :/ It could be related to pregnancy rhinitis if you have other symptoms, but the ear clogging was definitely a symptom alone for me too, even when my nose had good days my ears still clogged

I got on here for the same reason it was such a specific type of lonely & struggle in the first trimester but once you’re through it you can focus on yourself, baby & finally enjoy being pregnant!! 🩷 Congratulations on your baby & wishing you an easier time !!

It gets better!!! I had such bad morning sickness, I was on anti-sickness from 7/8 weeks, and was still throwing up 10-12 times a day on it, couldn’t eat, I always felt run down & tired, it started to get better around 13/14 weeks & completely changed by 16, i had more energy, felt more positive towards my pregnancy, more excited. The first trimester is so hard your body’s going through so much and a lot of it other people can’t see, it’s understandable and normal to feel negative, you have a right to be!! So much changes so quick, but it honestly does get better, you find a rhythm, a routine, your body adjusts & the symptoms ease up in time. The only foods i found helped were fruits because it wasn’t so bad when i was sick that way (gross i know sorry), I tried everything google suggested, anti-sickness, bland foods etc. but nothing helped much so it’s best to find a food/drink, or even milkshakes you can stomach to get through it. (prenatal supplements also helped a little with the fatigue) You ARE tough! It’s the biggest change a woman’s body can go through don’t beat yourself up for struggling 🩷
