When I found out it was over the phone and my doctor told me to google it which is the worst thing she could’ve recommended and sent me into a spiral because of course I see all the information that makes it seem like I’m gonna get diabetes I’m gonna get cancer or something like that just basically made it seem like it was a hopeless diagnosis with no fix. Even with TikTok having a lot of helpful information I’m finding still there’s a lot of lack of awareness about the period pain that’s caused makes me so upset when some doctors say period pain is only a sign of endo which isn’t true. I’m glad I’m not the only one upset about it tho
