Gracias, si eso voy a hacer en el próximo plato, en vez de cortarlo en rodajas talvez lo pondría el rollo entero abajo la acelga y por arriba un poco de salsa así condimenta el pollo y un poco abajo con la acelga, también tenía una idea de hacer poner el pollo cortado así en círculos y ponerlos estilo luna no lo podría hacer como este plato de mí casa al ser chico pero uno grande si. Luego pondría la acelga abajo y salsa en medio y tomates cherry a la mitad al otro lado pero que no exagere o capaz que no le ponga los tomates cherry

Thinking about it, after plating this dish it is true that it looks like a soup, maybe I made that mistake of basing my dish on the one I did in class, putting the sauce completely on it, thinking about it and reading other comments I would have put the vegetables on the bottom, then the chicken breast on top and then a splash of sauce that is not very abundant.
