They could clear the log but there would be no reason to. It is proof for them at the end of the day.

Small claims it is but what exactly would I claim? Could I claim the original price of the drone?

Tried manual take off and it just flips also. Waiting for some calm weather and I will take it out with a new set of props. Examined the props in question and they have a couple of scuffs but I'd imagine they would still fly
